Center Township, Benton County, Indiana
Center Township is one of eleven townships in Benton County, Indiana. As of the 2000 census, its population was 2,854. It was organized in June 1875 and was originally known as Prairie Township.[3]

Center Township covers an area of 53.87 square miles (139.5 km2); 0.01 square miles (0.026 km2) (0.02 percent) of this is water.
